Individual Missionaries

Andrew felt the Lord’s call to join the Ships ministry of Operation Mobilisation about ten years ago. It was not long before he met Irene, who comes from Switzerland, and they duly got married and were both employed for about three years travelling around the world in evangelism on the mission ship ‘Logos II’. Subsequently they were asked to take over the task of running the recruitment of new crew members for the OM ships Doulos & Logos Hope. They are still engaged in this as well as helping with evangelising young people in the Mosbach area of southern Germany where the HQ of OM Ships is based.   

 

It is now quite a few years since Jason and Rachel believed the Lord was calling them into an evangelistic ministry amongst students. Initially they were working with the International Federation of Evangelical Students (IFES) which took them into many parts of Eastern Europe and Siberia where they have been greatly used in spreading the gospel and encouraging Christian students in those parts of the world. More recently, they have been engaged in setting up a fresh ministry entitled ‘Innovista’ with similar aims to IFES, and based in Oxford, UK.
