Student/20s Retreat 2007

This year we stayed closer to home. An average of 15 of us studenty-types (or wishful thinkers) stayed at Amelia Trust Farm just outside Cardiff to get away from life and chill out. We had some great times of Bible study and worship (including a visit from Andrew who had some very encouraging wise words), as well as plenty of time for the outdoors. ('Twas the first student retreat where we had good weather!!) Some even indulged in a spot of pottery. (...some spottery??)

We all treasure the memories and scars of the weekend:

The ever-present farmyard smells (or was that just my feet?)
The sprained biceps from whipping the unwhippable cream for 2 hours
The dampness of the floor following my flooded shower

All in all a great success!
