Welcome Students!
Hi! I’m Katie Morris and I am the student worker for RBC :o) I’m here to welcome you, help you integrate into church life, hopefully answer questions you have about church and support you in whatever way I can (and connect you to other people in the church who can help too!!). So, if there's anything you need to know about student stuff @ RBC, other stuff to do with the church, if you'd like to receive our regular student update emails or anything else you want to ask me, then please send me an email.

At RBC, we value students! Every student that embraces RBC becomes part of the church family and vision!
Student vision
For each student to see RBC as their home whilst in Cardiff – not just somewhere you come on a Sunday – where you are part of our family, integrated into all aspects of church life, valued, equipped, supported, encouraged and loved, with opportunities for you to be served and serve. In essence, a partnership between us and you… family on a mission!
Minibus to Church
We provide a minibus each week to bring you to church so don’t worry about finding us!
9.50am Cardiff University’s Student Union at 9.50am
9.55am outside Spar on the corner of Woodville/Crwys road
10am at the bus stop on North Road opposite the posh car garage near Talybont Halls of Residence
Open House
Families in the church will be opening their homes to all students for Sunday lunch and fellowship over the first few weeks of term! A great opportunity to get to know people! So, come ready to eat! Bring any friends along!
Student Vision/Ministry Lunch - next one TBC
"Be a Student, build a Church"
A delicious lunch will be provided after the morning service plus, we'll tell you more about our Church vision as well as lots of areas that you can get involved in to build the church such as Alpha, Life groups, Childrens/Youth Work, RBC Football team, Worship group, Welcoming, Sound/Vision, Olive Branch, Haven Trust etc. There will be people in the church at the lunch representing each of these areas so you can chat to them to find out more!
Student Hosting
We aim to provide a family environment for you to help you settle in and feel at home. To provide support and of course, food!! Being adopted by a family is a great way to get to know people outside of your student circles! Let me know if you are interested – if you were adopted last year but would like a new family so you can meet more people, that’s cool, get in touch!
Life Groups
Meet most days of the week in member's homes for bible study, worship, prayer and more. Go deeper in your relationship with God and your relationships with others! Check out the church group pages for more info or contact Gethin: gethinrj@rbc.ac
