The Olive Branch is a Christian Bookshop and Coffee Shop in Rhiwbina village that was originally set up by the church over 20 years ago. It has since grown to become a popular place to browse for popular Christian books, pick up a bargain in the multimedia section, chat over a coffee or meet up for lunch. The Bookshop

The bookshop is managed by Sharon Price who heads up a helpful staff team. The shop stocks titles on Christian Life, Christian Fiction, Church Life, Apologetics, Childrens Books, Biography, Devotionals, Bible Study Guides, as well as a wide range of Bibles for all ages. And much more! Also available are magazines, daily Bible reading notes, calanders, stationary, and cards and gifts for all occasions.

 

We also have a well stocked media section with a wide range of cds from live worship to gospel, contemporary artists, kids songs, hip-hop and hard rock! We also sell dvds, computer and PDA software......and even some videos!! (Ooh retro!!)   Come along and pick up a bargain, the latest offering from your favourite songwriter or Veggie Rocks!! Before you buy, why not listen to and watch a selection from an album on our wall-mounted media unit.

The Coffee Shop

Jackie Webb manages the coffee shop side of the Olive Branch. Whether you are after a quiet tea and cake or a full lunch, the coffee shop has a wide choice on offer! We do a range of coffees from capuccinos to mochas and stock a variety of cakes and desserts. For lunch: sandwich, toastie, bagel or panini, whatever your taste we have something for you! We also do a Soup of the Day, quiches and pies.

Opening Times

Bookshop:     9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Coffeeshop:  9.30am to 4.15pm, Monday to Saturday.

These times may vary at Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays. Check the signs in the shop for about changes to opening times during these periods.
