Believers on Mountain Bikes!

South Wales has been blessed with some of the greatest mountain biking in the UK. So as you can imagine, there are lots of us who love taking advantage of it!

Whether you like cross-country or extreme downhill, theres something around here for you, and plenty of people to compare scars with! A group of us from RBC go out most Saturday mornings in the trails to the North of Cardiff and often visit the MB-Mecca's nearby - Afan Argoed, Cwmcarn, Forest of Dean etc. We have also done a couple of weekends away to escape life and become one with the dirt.

So if you love nothing better than getting caked in mud, have a strange fixation with that feeling of burning thighs as you hammer up a hill on your trusty steed, or can't get enough of bombing down that perfect singletrack, gritting your teeth to avoid swallowing insects and clinging on for dear life, then join us!
